NeoCertified Multi-Member Administration

The Administration Console is a browser-based, secure, graphical administration tool for administering your NeoCertified Multi-Member Secure Messaging Service. Your chosen Administrator can use the Administration Console to perform Message Center tasks, such as feature control, messaging reports also enabling and disabling Members. No Administrator, including NeoCertified, can view any other Member’s message stored, securely, upon the NeoCertified system.

The NeoCertified SMS Administration Help describes how to perform SMS administration tasks using the Administration Console. The SMS Administration Console is available to the Member selected upon your Group’s purchase of a Multi-Member package. An Email will be sent to the chosen Administrator inviting them to enable Member Accounts for your Group.

Things you can do with the Administration Console:

• Enable and Disable Member accounts
• Set account message storage limits
• Designate account options per Member
• View Member reports by message size, volume, date and summary
