NeoCertified
for Business Communications
If
you are sending sensitive and confidential information via
e-mail, there is something you should strongly consider:
E-mail is one of the most exposed forms of business communications.
Due to the very nature of the Internet, an e-mail sent between
two offices perhaps only 10 miles apart may be routed over
thousands of miles and pass through as many as 25 different
unsecured servers - leaving images of itself - all potentially
subject to scrutiny from administrators and hackers, compromise
and piracy.
How
does NeoCertified work? Your e-mail, with any attachment,
is encrypted, and then saved to the secure NeoCertified
server. The server then sends an e-mail notification to
the recipient(s), containing a secure link to the NeoCertified
web site where the message can be securely retrieved. Microsoft®
Outlook™ users, you can work in your familiar environment
to create e-mail messages. For sensitive messages, just
click the “Send NeoCertified” button on your existing toolbar
instead of the “Send” button. It’s that easy.
