NeoCertified can fulfill secure, encrypted messaging needs in one of three distinct models to match specific requirements for each type of individual, small and medium sized business and the Enterprise.

NeoCertified ASP Service: Ideal for individual contributors and lean organizations. This model is ideal for single memberships, departments and both small and medium sized organizations who require the facility of secure messaging but who may not wish to make a longer-term contractual commitment to accept extra software devices within their existing infrastructure ‘footprint’. The administration console for group memberships brings simple, elegant control of the memberships.

NeoCertified Gateway: Ideal for organizations of 25 or more users. The Gateway leverages the ASP Service and brings the added features of extended administrative controls and an intelligent content filter in addition to:

• The ability to define roles in your organization such that all of some Users mail is sent encrypted, yet others could ‘choose’.
• The ability to define your own library of sensitive ‘data elements and types’ such as account numbers, social security numbers or in-appropriate words and flag just those messages to be sent encrypted.
• The ability to send all of your Users messages from your Microsoft Outlook™ experience.
• The ability to receive all of your replies in your Microsoft Outlook™ experience.
• The ability to enjoy only one 'login' to your Microsoft Exchange (tm) in whatever form you do today, and not have to further authenticate to our securely hosted ASP encrypted mail environment.
• The Gateway can decrypt replies to your messages within your firewall boundary, inside your infrastructure, so that your replies are all simply 'plain-text'.
• No requirement to download any software device at all, just use your existing 'Send' button.
• The Content Filter searches the e-mail Subject:, The Message Body and any attachment.

The Gateway is a software device that NeoCertified will implement upon tested hardware equipment and install within your secure boundary, behind your existing firewall, requiring one IP address. Most commonly we supply this solution as a “Plug and Play” appliance which operates in support of your existing e-mail server and configuration

NeoCertified Enterprise Server: Ideal for Organizations of 350 or more users. The ultimate provision for secure messaging for organizations whose preferred model is to “own” the entire infrastructure ‘footprint’. This solution is ideal for Enterprises who wish to integrate the NeoCertified Server with other enterprise applications for automated facilities such as Statement and Bill Presentment and Broadcast capabilities.
