Our refund policy does not apply to any additional services including but not limited to Secure Messaging Interface Branding. No refunds will be available after 30 days. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via fax or postal mail at our head office. NeoCertified will send you confirmation once we receive your cancellation request. Cancellations made by telephone and via e-mail will not be accepted.

Accounts that are either cancelled, deactivated, and/or have services suspended for violation of our terms of service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee and will not receive any refunds.
